Photographer and Videographer in Los Angeles, CA

I’ve spent my entire adult life figuring out how to capture the human spirit. First, and ongoing, as an Actor. Then, about 10 years in, I realized I deeply wanted to be behind the camera. I have always been fascinated by the how and the why; essentially, what makes us human. I love recognizing it, moving it around, and capturing it. I do it daily in my own personal practice, and I’m fascinated by capturing and crafting it in others.

 

Photography was not something I pursued. Rather, I think it kept catching up with me. Acting has always been my first love, followed by shooting short films and music videos. 

I'm one of those people that never wants to interrupt the moment. I don't take selfies, I turn and run, or makea silly face as soon as a camera is in front of me. Then someone will show me all the pictures of that special day, on that special hike. The light was great, the sun was shining, my daughter saidsomething profound, and I realize, I'm really glad I have that moment. I feel that way about everything I've ever shot. The images in our minds fade, but that picture, that video, that one moment in your life, can last a lifetime.
